Hey there! Are you part of an improv team or practice group and looking for a coach to take your skills to the next level? Then I'd be thrilled to work with you! I'm Jason, an actor/comedian based in NYC with a decade of improv and 14 years of stand-up experience under my belt. I'd be thrilled to coach your group for one-off sessions or an ongoing basis!

As a coach, my focus is on helping you stay grounded, connect with your teammates, and make strong acting choices while finding the fun in a scene. My coaching style is encouraging and inspiring, pushing you to reach your full potential and find your best self.

Want to know more about me? I've hosted the comedy podcast "There It Is" since 2016, where I've gotten into the headspace of some great comedy minds, including Keisha Zollar, Jo Firestone, Susan Messing, and Dave Pasquesi. Currently, I perform on a house team at the Magnet Theater and have performed at various festivals and the Alchemy Comedy Theater in South Carolina. I've also been able to open as a stand-up for comedians like Rory Scovel, Baron Vaughn, and Trevor Noah.

My training and getting to perform with awesome comedians has exposed me to a wealth of comedy theory, which I'm eager to incorporate into our sessions. I've trained with innovative improv teachers such as Elana Fishbein, Brian James O'Connell, Louis Kornfeld, Megan Gray, Rick Andrews, Charna Halpern, Jill Bernard, and Peter McNerney.
