Rachel Taenzler

Hello! I'm Rachel, and I've been improvising in NYC for over a decade. I currently perform at UCB on Harold Night with The Library and around NYC with my indie team Mercy Santos. I’ve previously been on the UCB house teams Christopher Basketball, Judy Big Mouth, Statham, and Dog People, and I’ve toured with UCB’s Touring Company.

I am a big believer in aggressive team support and group ownership, as well as using game tools like labeling and framing to make your improv scenes simple and fun. My favorite forms are the Harold and the improvised movie, but all forms are beautiful.
