Hey, there! I’m an improviser at NYC’s UCB and Magnet theaters. For the past two years I've performed on the Magnet Theater Megawatt house team Macbeth. I've also done improv at multiple festivals and in numerous advanced-level UCB class shows, including the Improvised Movie, Improvised Play, Improvised Star Trek, and many more.

Some improv loves:

-Committing hard to both your dumbest and most serious characters.
-Agreeing on and exploring one thing at a time before shifting focus and energies as a group toward something new.
-Being a good actor. Taking up space on the stage. Dialing up your emotional reactions.
-Scenes that play off specific genres of storytelling and entertainment.
-A REALLY good group game. And some good old fashioned 'peas in a pod' scenes, gosh darn it!

I like practices that are organized while still maintaining an atmosphere where we can chat about what we’re feeling and work through things together. And I love sharing new forms and/or helping groups hone something specific.

My schedule is such that I'm not really available for long-term coaching gigs. But if you need something short-term -- feedback from a new perspective, help with a new form, prepping for a show, or practicing what you're working on in class -- please feel free to hit me up!
